KI.GWB.5900 – Files and Node Groups in Scan Options Issues

Problem	The Change Report tab (Reports > Change Report) showed 33K files as removed and added during consecutive scans, even though the files have not been modified. Additionally, certain node groups containing these files were not visible in the Scan Options page. When performing an ad hoc scan, the 'Files' section was missing, though it appeared during nightly scans.
Cause	This issue is currently under investigation. We will update this page when more information is available.
Workaround	To workaround this known issue, clear the Rails cache to restore visibility of the missing node groups and ensure scans function as expected.
