Feature Improvements

Here are the feature improvements made in Guardian as part of our August 2024 release.

Jira Personal Access Token Authentication

When adding a Jira integration with Guardian, you can now use a Personal Access Token (PAT) as a method of authentication to connect to your Jira account. For more information, see Jira Integration.

ServiceNow CMDB Data Acquisition

Detecting nodes using a ServiceNow integration can now be found in the Job Schedule tab (Control > Job Schedule). You can add a Scheduled Job of type 'Synchronize Nodes' and set specific rules about which environment and node groups the nodes should be placed in. For more information, see Synchronize Nodes – Job Type.
